Internship Program

The Internship Program at Milaha is an effective way for students to gain exposure to a real work environment and helps them to make informed decisions regarding their future employment. The target is to provide high school Qatari Students with practical work experience. University and College students will have the opportunity to complete a mandatory work term period which is essential for their college program. It is also an opportunity for the company to evaluate students and consider them for future employment.

The Milaha Internship Program is recommended for students who have completed their 2nd Academic Year and runs for a duration of 4 to 8 weeks. The students will be assigned to Supervisor who will act as mentor and work closely with them to identify their strengths and areas requiring further development. At the end of the Internship, each student will be awarded a Certificate confirming their completion of the Program.

    Trainee Program

    Milaha’s Trainee program is aimed at Nationals who are fresh graduates either from a High School or University. Selected trainees will be developed within the organization. A development and training plan will be shaped to enable the trainees to fulfill their position requirements.
